[fisheye] a Pure Data-GEM object

A GEM object that renders a fisheye distorsion map.
The fisheye object renders a rectangle made of smaller rectangles in which the texture coordinates have been chosen non-linearly to compensate for a fisheye lens. coordinates are transformed such that the radial part changes according to a formula but the angular part does not change.
This object has been made by Mathieu Bouchard and Marc Fournel. Its development has been supported by i-DAT, Plymouth (England).
